Reading the Terms and Conditions is required for anyone who will work with me, Alexandra Loves, as a client. It is written so that you may have a clear understanding of my policies and procedures.

As your Coach, Guide, or Mentor (CGM) I will give you unwavering help and support that falls within the guidelines of the program we choose together. I will use everything within my skill set to make our sessions a valuable tool for your development. All clients are responsible for your own success.
This is a relationship designed to facilitate the creation and development of personal goals and to develop a plan for achieving those goals. In our work the client, you, sets the agenda and is the expert in his/her own life to bring about desired change. Success is based upon the client’s willingness to take smart risks and try new approaches. Client understands that Alexandra is not hired to tell him/her what to do, rather a partner in brainstorming ideas and possibilities.
All information between client and Alexandra is entirely confidential as to the extent of the law allows. Our professional relationship is completely confidential and will never be disclosed without your expressed authorization. It is impossible to protect the confidentiality of information that is transmitted electronically through emails and computers connected to internet that do not utilize security or encryption protection.
Working with Alexandra is NOT counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis or a provider of any mental health services ever. A Coach, Guide, or Mentor in this capacity does not focus on emotional/mental health issues.
Client accepts full /sole responsibility and accountability for the actions they take or don’t take, results achieved and any consequences that follow. I the coach, guide, or mentor do not make any guarantee or warranty as to results that may be achieved or as to the consequences of any actions taken or not taken by client.
In the event sessions which are conducted in a group format, you commit yourself to maintaining the confidentiality of all information communicated to you by other clients and by Alexandra.
The client or Alexandra can choose to discontinue the coaching relationship at any time. You are expected to evaluate progress and when coaching is not working as you desire, you should immediately inform Alexandra. We will have check points to make sure the sessions are meeting your needs. If the client decides to discontinue the service, they will be responsible for fulfilling the early cancellation agreements and fees agreed upon and and signed by client at the beginning of their current program.
Client understands that the work they do with Alexandra is not to be used in lieu of or instead of advice given from professional medical, psychiatric, licensed therapeutic practitioners. Clients will seek professional guidance for legal, medical, financial, business, mental health, or other matters with the appropriate/credentialed provider. All decisions in these areas are exclusively the responsibility of the client.
The relationship between Alexandra and client is designed to be more direct and challenging. The client can be assured Alexandra will be honest and straightforward, asking powerful questions to bring about possibilities and awareness.
PRODUCT POLICIES: All products purchased are for the buyers/enrollees use and their use only. Classes are recorded and owned by Alexandra Lewis (Alexandra Loves LLC.) Further use of these recordings and/or products by Alexandra Lewis will not contain any likeness, personal information, or full names of anyone involved.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY: Any product that is defective can be returned for an exchange for the same product. Once you pay for admission to a workshop, course or event, this fee is non-refundable (unless otherwise indicated). If there are extenuating circumstances that prevent you from being at an event you've paid for, email us and we can work out an exchange for merchandise, course, or workshop.
