Dear 'White' People,

We have come to a crossroads. The new world is being birthed at an accelerated rate in this very moment.

We are all being called on to reeducate ourselves, find new relationships with our identities,  cause radical change in ourselves & our communities, and burn down old institutional/societal/governing systems that cause the pain and death to our fellow man.

You  have found me because you are ready to engage with yourself and/or your positioning in our current society differently. You may be fired up and ready to take on the racism you found in this world or within yourself. It could be that you wish to incorporate racial or ethnic sensitivities into your community or business. Maybe it is time to challenge your conditioning and your identity of 'whiteness.' Yes, you may be scared, perhaps you are completely confounded, and yes, you also might be angry. All of these feelings are valid; this system was built  for us to feel this way. It was also built to oppress and muddy our connections with our own spirits.

Ultimately, no matter where you are in your journey, you know that you must change and that you must be of service in creating a safer and more peaceful world for all.

'White' person, you may be seeking: to understand, to challenge your identity, to become more active, to be of service to your fellow being, to express through your guilt and shame with the intention to move foward, to learn how to navigate culture or race, or how to get active is changing all of this.

You must understand that whatever you are seeking here, your best and most effective work starts on a spiritual level (what is happening inside you) and that this work might be the most critical work you do in your journey here on earth.

Your antiracist work is inner work; when you recognize this and start engaging with these subjects from this perspective, the process will become much clearer, the results you seek will be accessible, you will be aligned with your focus, the knowledge you are reading and studying will make more sense, what seems like chaos around will not be so scary, and it will be easier to integrate new perspectives and ways of life with who you really are. This work is vital because in addition to your conscious evolution, you are building the New World, we all are.

'Black' Mentor Sessions are designed to hold a space for the challenges of this journey, to help make sense of your experience, to get clarity on your resistances, to troubleshoot challenging situations, to get you on your most optimal path-with the tools that you need, and provide solution based guidance.

I am woman identified as 'Black,' I am a spiritual guide, transformational coach, mentor,  and an explorer with years of focus on race identity since 1998. I do not use shame or guilt in any of my work; I will also not bullshit you in the most graceful way. In our sessions together, we will always find grounding and tapping into the wisdom that is within you. These sessions are open to all racial and ethnic identities if what you find here resonates with you.

Your responsibilities in our sessions are to:

  • Stay open
  • Be self-reflective
  • Suspend your defense responses
  • Dig deep even when you are scared
  • Show up in truth no matter how difficult it feels
  • Be ready to take action in creating real change within yourself

Now is the time. Let's do this.

Most clients coming to the mentorship program are looking to :

  • Incorporate antiracist culture into their business, communities, or events.
  • Learning how to navigate difficult conversations with friends, relatives, or communities.
  • Learning how to support BIPOC friends and family.
  • Attempting to understand the macro and microcosms of our societal climate.
  • Understanding the inner wounds of inner guilt, shame, savior-hood, or supremacism.
  • Learning how to work through inner racism or ignorance.
  • Coming to terms with their own Ancestry around racism.
  • Gaining orientation and tools to help with blind spots.

Are you ready to take action?

Please go to my sessions page or click the link that pops up at the bottom on this page.

I booked a deep dive session with Alexandra to develop my business diversity plan for my naturopathic medical practice in Portland, OR. She was incredibly helpful at assisting me in identifying my goals and honing my message, in addition to coming up with concrete steps I can put into place to better serve BIPOC patients. I am incredibly grateful for her mentorship and will be booking another session, as I put my diversity plan into practice. My most favorite aspects of the session were her kindness, compassion, and coaching that helped me to access my own inner knowledge and combine that with a list of what I needed to do to educate myself moving forward. Can't recommend her highly enough!- Jennifer Karon

Our family had a Deep Dive session with Alexandra, and we felt heard, welcomed, embraced, and inspired. Alexandra is an intuitive, deep listener, and a brilliant on-the-spot strategist. Her efficient, smooth, graceful, warm, and humorous style is magnetic. What a uniquely gifted human. - April Angelene

Alexandra was the catalyst for my anti-racism work! She gave me some tough love and directed me where to go and without her I'm not sure where I'd be in my journey. She's incredibly understanding and supportive but will hold your feet to the flame! She is a huge asset to have to help you dismantle things within yourself as well as to help you see how you can evolve and heal and work through those shadow/systemic aspects. I HIGHLY recommend Alexandra! She was definitely a life changer for me! -Stephanie Collette Quackenbush

Working with Alexandra Loves is such an expansive genuine experience. I recently got to have a Black Mentor Sessions. It was grounding and productive! She is a wonderful guide to acknowledging where you are in your journey and suggests further steps to your next goal in the essential work of anti-racism. I've also taken courses from her in the last couple of years and still practice mental and spiritual exercises that she taught to this day. I'm grateful for her insight and she is an inspiring educator! - Allison Goodnight

I had an amazing session with this gorgeous spirit! We got right to the root of things and she provided perspective on something I was struggling with that was much more genuine and embodied than the approach I was exploring. Such incredible insight! I highly recommend setting up a session to explore whatever is coming up for you, especially if it feels challenging or uncomfortable to talk about, she does an amazing job of holding the space  - Mat Sommers

I felt so totally safe talking with Alexandra about some really tricky topics: how to talk with my mixed-race niece and nephew about Black culture and heritage as a white person, how to use my business for racial justice, how to be a better ally. These topics are fraught and scary and Alexandra had never totally at my ease.

Coming from a deeply spiritual place, the conversation still felt entirely grounded in pragmatic actions I can take and perspectives to consider. I felt really accepted and encouraged, and Alexandra helped guide me to recognizing how much of what I need to do I already know, so I can focus on learning what I need to learn.

I would absolutely recommend her work; I’ve recommended her to my family already, and hope more white folks who are serious about doing the inner work needed to dismantle internalized racism get the chance to know Alexandra. -Sam Zoranovich

I didn't quite know what to expect when I had a session with Alexandra. I only knew that she seemed tapped into something, and that I wanted guidance. She held a container where I could ask questions with no fear of judgement whatsoever. I was shocked at how I was able to tap into feelings that were masked under anger and fear, and get real, pratical guidance on how to work through the rough stuff. I am very sensitive to motives, and hers are as pure as they come. I am so grateful for her willingness to mentor us through these complicated times. We are lucky to have her wisdom, love, and support.- Tara Weidman

Alexandra has a knack for making a scary topic (racism and whiteness) less daunting. For me, she did an excellent job of reframing certain patterns in a broader spiritual picture, helping me understand my part in it as one of responsibility rather than one of guilt and blame.Alexandra is a joy to work with. I came away from our session with with both a new understanding of the dynamics at play regarding racism in this country, and with a series of very practical and concrete strategies for moving forward. I highly recommend working with her!- Kaatje Leilani Jones
